IN HONOR AND MEMORY OF A SPECIAL SOMEONE INTEGRAL TO WILD LOVE PRESERVE
In honor of her spirit, being, and wishes, The Dee Ann Maki Memorial Fund has been established to benefit Wild Love Preserve and this unique legacy in lasting wildness. Dee Ann is, and will always be, integral to the mission of Wild Love. Her love, truth, compassion and action will carry on. If you would like to make a gift in the memory of Dee Ann, you will be honoring her spirit, compassion, belief and action in protecting and preserving our wild places by working together.

Named "MAKI"
Maki Easters have traditionally brought much fun, hi-jinx, and joy, however instead of chocolate bunnies and colored eggs, Easter 2013 year brought the lasting magic of a new wild life. It could be no more fitting, that Wild Love Preserve welcomed our first little one. It's a boy! A little black "stallion to be" with one white sock, we named "MAKI" in honor and memory of Dee Ann Maki! In so many ways the love, life and legacy of Dee Ann Maki soars on.
